I'm a grad student in public health looking for a housemate to share a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse located close to UNC. The house is on the CM bus line and walkable to UNC's campus (15-20 minutes), Franklin St. and downtown Carrboro. The room is approximately 12 x 14 with 2 closets. The bedroom is unfurnished, but rest of home is furnished (with space for additional furniture). The townhouse has a full kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, central A/C and heat, large living/dining area, parking, and private back porch that looks out over quiet wooded area. Rent is $515/month plus about $100/month for utilities and internet/cable. The lease runs from January-May 31 with the option to extend. January move-in date negotiable.
