I'm leasing out all 5 rooms in a house off of Franklin St. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Takes about 10 min. to walk to UNC, 3-4 min by bike.
About the house...recently renovated from top to bottom. Brand new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, etc.), washer/dryer, cable tv, cable internet, HARDWOOD FLOORS, and FREE PARKING!
Rent is $500/mo + utilities split 5 ways (shouldn't be more than $50).
Trying to rent out by August 1. I don't care who lives here, as long as you or your parents pass the credit check. Grad and undergrad students, and pets, are welcome. I live in the house next door (with two other juniors), so it won't be hard to get a hold of me. (By the way, we're looking for two more people, preferably undergrads, to take 2 more rooms in my house, so let me know if you're interested in that. Male/female doesn't matter, we're chill).
All tenants will sign an individual lease, and $500 security deposit is required before move in.
House is unfurnished! I can arrange for living room furniture if you don't want to bring anything, and if you need bedroom furniture I can help out with that too.
