I have a room in a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom available from June 1 until July 14th. (There is also another room in the house that is available from June-August, should you need to stay for the whole summer.)
The house is only 2 blocks from West Franklin St and 2 blocks from the UNC campus. You can't find a better location in Chapel Hill if you're working or going to school at UNC this summer. It takes about 8 minutes tops to walk to campus, it really doesn't get closer than that!
The house has a large kitchen and living area, washer and dryer in unit, a porch, a garden area, and on site parking for every resident. 2 of the other rooms will be filled by a female undergrad and a male grad this summer. Both are super laid back and respectful.
The room is upstairs and is very spacious. It has a large closet. Since the stay is so short I'd be willing to furnish the room.
The July-onward rent is paid, but the next tenant is not moving in until July 18th, so you would only have to pay the June rent, which is $620 plus ~$50. This averages to a monthly cost of $430.
