SO! My name's Eva. I'm moving in with my girlfriend this fall (more or less as soon as I find someone to fill my place), but I wanted to make sure my roommate would have someone to split the rent with at least until our lease is up this coming May (2012). She's a really great incoming grad student who deserves someone awesome to live with, is friendly, respectful, and like most of us here at Chapel Hill, nerdy in a great way.
The apartment is a two bedroom, two bath off E. Franklin Street, near University Mall and Trader Joe's. It has a fireplace, washer and dryer, dish washer, central heating/cooling, wireless internet, and of course electricity and hot water, and the apartment complex also has a swimming pool, tennis courts, lots of parking, and a grilling/picnic area, and is right off the D, F, and CL bus lines. The total rent is $837 per month, so about $415 per person, and utilities usually aren't more than another $50-$60, depending on the weather.
About the only thing is that, since school starts up in August and I'm going to be out of town until August 16th, I probably wouldn't be able to be totally out of the place until September, late August at the earliest. I could also do later, of course; my ideal is to be moved in with the girlfriend by November at the latest.
