Looking for a female to rent a 1 BR in a 5 BR/2.5 BA house in downtown Chapel Hill, 10-15 minutes walk to UNC campus. It is a brick house with hardwood floor, big and very nice yard at the front and back, a porch, huge kitchen and living room space. With utilities (AC/heating, water, wireless Internet), the total cost would be around $410 for fall and spring, and $440-$450 for very hot or cold months. Currently, only one roommate uses and pays for cable TV. However, two other roommates may be interested in sharing the cable bill so if you like to have cable TV, it is easy to arrange that. Your roommates would be a UNC PhD student and 3 professionals, all are quiet and respectful of other people's space. They are looking for a quiet, mature roommate, preferably grad student/professional. You will take over my current lease, which will end on May 31, 2012. Moving date can be somewhat flexible, but I'd like to find someone who can move in the second week of August.
