   I'm graduating from my masters program at Wake Forest University next month and looking to move to the Chapel Hill/Carrboro area or Raleigh by early July, hoping to find 21+ year old female roommate(s).

   I'm responsible, considerate, and stay mostly to myself at home, but it would be nice to hang out every once in a while. I mostly enjoy exercise and live music in my free time.

   Max Rent: $500/month

   My name is Dawn. I saw your listing online. I have condo rooms available for a graduate student, young professional, or mature undergraduate student. Current residents are all females. Providence Glen is a condominium complex with a mix of young families, professionals, retirees, and students. Most of the condos are non-rental units. The living and dining rooms are furnished. Deposit is $200. Leasing term is for 12 months. Monthly rental rates are $535 and $550 for individual bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The master bedroom/bathroom's monthly rental rate is $615. Driving distance by car is 4.5 miles to UNC and 7 miles to Duke.
