I have a 2 bedroom apartment in the Chapel View apartments in Chapel Hill. I am leaving my lease, which goes up August 1, so I am looking for someone to take over my lease. I am just trying to find someone for my room, but my roommate is also looking for someone to take over her room for the same amount of time. So if you have a friend you want to live with, this is the perfect apartment for you.
About the apartment: it is really nice. Fully furnished. Dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. The rent included ALL utilities. you literately only pay 570 to live here. Its a hella good deal. It is on the second floor, which means you get this really nice patio that is perfect in the summer time. The apartment is 1 minute for the bus stop, unlike other places that are "on" the busline but you have to walk 10 minutes to get the bus stop. It is 2 miles from campus so you can still apply for campus parking. There is a pool and tanning. The apartments have a good reputation.
There is a 250 fee to take over my lease, but 100 of it will go back to you in August. We can negotiate it depending on when you want to move in.
