All utilities are included in the price. This is the perfect option for any UNC student. The Verge offers private shuttles to UNC campus with a pickup on Raleigh st., so you don't even need to own a car. The shuttle ride to UNC is about 15 min.They also offer shuttles to Franklin street at night and Southpoint.<br /> The complex includes lots of awesome amenities: a 24 hour pool, a clubhouse, volleyball and basketball courts, gas grills, study and printer rooms.<br /> The apartment complex was built in 2004, so the apartments are new and very nice. Each apartment has a storage room, a private balcony, and everything else you need (washer, dryer, microwave, AC, fridge, etc). I've found a 5 bedroom, 2 bath house right off of Franklin St and need 4 other cool people to fill it with. It's in a safe, quiet neighborhood and is a 10-minute walk or 4-minute bike to campus.</p> <p>The house is recently renovated from top to bottom, with brand new stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, etc.), washer/dryer, cable TV, cable internet, HARDWOOD FLOORS, and FREE PARKING!</p> <p>Rent is $500/mo + utilities split 5 ways (shouldn't be more than $50).</p> <p>All tenants will sign an individual lease, and $500 security deposit is required before move in.</p> <p>House is unfurnished, but arrangements for living room and bedroom furniture may be made.</p> <p>Let me know if you're interested! </p>
