I'm looking for someone to sublet for me for Spring semester (January to August, when the lease expires.) It's a 6 bedroom apartment on Howell St. -- a little over a mile from the pit -- and very close to Kenan-Flagler Business School. If you have a bike, you can get to class in 10 minutes (I do it every morning.) Bus lines are even closer: just walk down Howell St. to South Columbia. The apartment is fully furnished, with 2 washer/dryer sets, a kitchen with pots, pans, etc. 3 bathrooms. There's also plenty of parking, outdoor grills, and picnic tables.</p> <p>The room itself is about 11 by 13, with built in shelving for clothes/books and a spacious closet. I don't have pictures right now but I can put some up on request. Rent is $450 per month, with ~$40 per month in utilities. I know you readers are all complete strangers, but let me also vouch for the guys you'll be living with. They're all UNC students, close friends of mine, and are very involved on campus and not weird. None of them have ever faced criminal charges.
