All utilities are included in the price. This is the perfect option for any UNC student. The Verge offers private shuttles to UNC campus with a pickup on Raleigh st., so you don't even need to own a car. The shuttle ride to UNC is about 15 min.They also offer shuttles to Franklin street at night and Southpoint.<br /> The complex includes lots of awesome amenities: a 24 hour pool, a clubhouse, volleyball and basketball courts, gas grills, study and printer rooms.<br /> The apartment complex was built in 2004, so the apartments are new and very nice. Each apartment has a storage room, a private balcony, and everything else you need (washer, dryer, microwave, AC, fridge, etc).
