Currently I'm living at Townhouse Apartments and would love to stay here for the 2012/2013 year. I would be fine with living up to 3 other people (they do have 4BR apartments at Townhouse, but am fine with less people)- men or women or both. I've lived in all kinds of living situations- dorms, abroad, houses, with men and women, etc. I'm looking for considerate, down-to-earth, and hopefully fun and interesting roommates.<br /> I'm very relaxed, don't smoke (but I could live with smokers), sociable, know how to spend hours in the library (or pull all nighters), and am fine with pets (I'm a total dog person!). Also, I have an espresso machine and am a trained barista... and a bartending license.<br /> Currently I'm paying around $333 for rent and about $25-30 on utilities a month- that's about $200 cheaper then almost any where else. The complex is quiet, mostly grad students/young professionals.</p> <p>The townhouse has two floors and is mostly furnished (except for your bedroom), but there is space for more living room furniture if you have it.
