I also would like to be close to the UNC campus, as well as near a busline that goes to Duke (where I will be taking an additonal course). The coursework that I will be doing will be pretty intense so I need to live somewhere where I can study. I like to keep things clean and tidy. I do not necessarily have to be best friends with my housemates but I think it would be great if we could do something fun together every now and then. I do not smoke and drink only occasionally. </p> <p>In the past I have lived with different people and this has always worked out well. In my spare time I enjoy cooking (I also bake some great cakes!), cycling, playing the traverso and hanging out with my friends. I am looking to pay about $500 per month but this is something we can talk about.
