We have three bedrooms of four available to sublease, but we can, of course, sublet them individually. It's literally a five min walk to North Campus, so no bus lines necessary. The bedrooms are for one person and are furnished nicely. We have two full bathrooms that are each used by two people. We also have free parking behind the house.</p> <p>Roommate #4 is doing summer school. She is very polite and clean. A very easy person to live with. We may have another person subleasing another bedroom, but it would likely also be a girl.
