The 3bed-2bath property goes for $1250, so $417 per occupant plus standard utilities. A similar 4bed-2bath property goes for $1400, so $350 per occupant plus standard utilities. We list two properties because the property management allows us to transfer our applications to another property at no extra charge, and the only difference is the number of bedrooms. Both properties are within walking distance; we walked from there to upper quad in about 15 minutes at a leisurely pace. </p> <p>We prefer that you be a UNC student (graduate or undergrad) or employee. Male or female are both OK. We are one guy and one girl, both religious, so the third (or fourth) roommate would be someone who could live agreeably in a conservative environment. This means no drinking or wild partying at our house, and no overnight visits from "special friends," though we'd otherwise be happy to have frequent guests. We'll be working on honors theses and internships during out last year, so we are looking forward to making our house's primary function a place to work, rest, and be at peace, not to play XBOX and bum around like freshmen.</p> <p>No dogs or cats (allergic to fur). Hamsters/snakes/turtles/etc are ok, but there's a pet fee.
