The apartment is really lovely - you'd basically have your own little suite on one side of the apartment with your own full bathroom. 2nd floor, huge deck with wooded view, lovely common space. Washer/dryer included, along with dishwasher etc. Pretty small community with a pool. Rent for one person would be $430. The rest of the utilities run $150-$200 total (they said usually well below $200), so your overall cost should be in the $500-$550 range. Also, I've got the basics of living room furniture and a 4-person breakfast table, so you would only need to bring furniture for your room - and maybe deck furniture if you have it?! ;-)</p> <p>Should be available for move-in 2nd week of July. </p> <p>Happy to live with M/F, so long as you keep common space clean and can pay your rent on time!
