Living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath on the first floor, as well as a large balcony, and the 2 bedrooms (master bedroom with walk-in closet and vanity) and full bathroom (with linen closet) on the second floor. </p> <p>The lease runs through Sept. 2012, at which point you may terminate or renew the lease.
