The rent is $1175/month, and that includes the condo, the storage unit (located half a flight of stairs away), access to the neighborhood pool and tennis courts, as well as water. Parking has never been a problem, so that too is "included."</p> <p>I am somewhat flexible in terms of leaving furniture, if needed. In addition to the washer/dryer, I've got a couch set, coffee tables, dining room furniture, pottery barn rug, etc.--all of which are in good shape and were purchased when I moved to the condo less than three years ago. Ofcourse, if you already have what you need or plan on purchasing new items, that is absolutely fine, and I would be sure to have the place completely empty for your move-in. I'm fairly quiet and responsible, and I will respect your space, privacy, and property. I'm friendly and will usually keep my door open and chat with my roommate and their visitors. I'm very liberal when it comes to social issues. I'm not a clean freak, although I do like to have the common areas clean within reason for visitors on the weekends.
